Order Processing

RIFTHAUS prepares orders and hands them to the shipping carrier within 2–3 days after purchase.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 1–11 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Order preparation time is separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery time begins after the carrier receives the package and may vary depending on destination, shipping service, customs processing, weather and carrier conditions.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the contact details provided at checkout once it becomes available.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. RIFTHAUS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
